How to overcome negative thoughts??

 

Negative thoughts keep coming into our heads every single day, but we can't allow them to rest in our

heads and cause chaos within us. We need to keep our minds armed from the attacks of the enemy.

We need wear the Helmet of Salvation and work out our own salvation with fear and trembling.

The enemy whispers lies into our heads, which when we start believing could crush our spirits 

and we feel we can't wake up to face another day in our lives.

Confusion, despair, fear nothing can bring us down,  Because the King of Kings holds our future 

in his hands. 

Keep telling yourself the promises of God and all the negative thoughts tormenting you will 

disappear, all the voices telling you that it's over will fade away.

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. Proverbs 17:22

Meditate on the Word of God, this means that you need to constantly keep repeating the word 

of God in your head. Say when you think ' I can't go on anymore, I'm weak and weary.'

The Reassuring promise of God will strengthen you, Fear not, for I am with you, Be not 

dismayed for I am thy God, I will strengthen you, yea I will help you, I will uphold you with

the right hand of my righteousness."

You need to counter every negative thought with God's promises and strongly refuse to believe a lie 

because we read that,

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to

harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

Painful experiences from the past, Heaven knows what you've been through, You're even scared

to disclose it to someone, You're so afraid that if someone heard they would leave you. So you 

battle it out all on your own.

Give your broken mind to Jesus, Only he can mend your broken heart and mind! 

Trust and let go of all your negative thoughts to Jesus, Nothing can harm you when you're 

safely guarded in his arms of love.

Dear Child of God, The Bible says,

The young lions lack and suffer hunger, But those who seek the LORD shall not

 lack any good thing.

So we need to seek the Lord and wait in his presence each day, He will bless you exceedingly 

abundantly above all that you can ask or think of.

Matthew 6:33 "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things 

shall be added unto you." 

We need to put in our hard work and efforts and do our best at everything, The Lord will bless 

the work of our hands.

Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand

before unknown men.

Even though we may experience stagnancy at work place or no reward for all the honest efforts 

we put in, Still, we need to hope and trust in the Lord that he is able to bless us and cause his face 

to shine upon us.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if

we do not give up. Galatians 6:9

Our Bread doesn't fall off the sky and land at our feet, We need to sow before we reap,

Supernatural miracles do occur, but we also need to put in our efforts to reap a good harvest

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy Psalm 126:5

Sow our efforts, hard work, and work with dedication even when nobody is watching!

So too, faith by itself, if it does not result in action, is dead. James 2:17

And also we need to honor the Lord through everything we do,

 you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Malachi 3:10

We read in James 1: 17 that

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with 

whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.

Probably today you've lost your Job, maybe you have pending bills, College fees, Rent etc

God is never late, He is always right on time, He knows our needs, He will listen to our cry 

and provide more than we can ask or think of.

This poor man cried out, and the LORD heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles.

Probably your heart is broken and shattered thinking about your situation. And you feel like you got 

nothing left, Just believe that our Great Physician is standing by to heal you and restore you stronger

than ever to shine for his glory!

the weight of the burden anymore, claim your healing today in Jesus' name.

We need to extend our help to the poor and the needy as we read in Isaiah 58:8 that,

 poor who are [d]cast out; When you see the naked, that you cover him,

And not hide yourself from your own flesh?

8Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily,

And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.

9Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; You shall cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.’

But know that our God is greater than the trial that you are facing! You will rise up and 

stand strong, you can overcome and fight every challenge and be victorious through Jesus!

How to get Supernatural Strength??

 

 

Most of the fatigue that we experience is because of worry, Yes, worry makes us feel really weak

and stressed.

Probably you're having burnout from an exhausting job or stagnancy at workplace, Chronic illness and

surrounded by stressful situations all around you! 

We read in Isaiah 40:29 that,

He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless."

That’s why we read in the Bible that ‘The joy of the Lord is your strength’.

When we get immersed in doing our daily routines it gets really monotonous and boredom sets in 

We experience many aches and pains because life is so dull. Our heart is filled with bitterness and 

our mind is weary. In order to overcome this we should focus on doing something interesting that we

can put our heart and soul into.

While seeking the Lord and waiting in his presence is of prime importance, it’s also essential that we

do something that would bring glory to the name of the Lord, living life with a purpose, adding value

to our lives and to those around us 

It could be doing something good that would benefit the community that we live in, plant trees, do

some charitable work, teaching the kids who can’t afford tuition in your community, any interesting

hobby that you know of, it could be anything.

Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Cor 10:31

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or

wisdom in the grave where you are going. Ecc 9:10

Waiting in the presence of the Lord renews your strength, He will fill you with an indescribable joy.

Isaiah 40:31 "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount

up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." 

They shall go from strength to strength Psalm 84:7

When the anointing of the Holy Spirit fills us we will be filled with supernatural strength and walk-in

newness of life.

Here we read that it is the Lord who strengthens us when we are afraid, weak and weary.

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and

 help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

The Lord is our strength, therefore we need to seek him each day that he may fill us with his 

strength,

Search for the LORD and for his strength; continually seek him. Psalm 105:4

"The Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory. This is my God, and I will praise him

— my father’s God, and I will exalt him." Exodus 15:2

"He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless." Isaiah 40:29

"My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."

Psalm 73:26

Let us go in the strength of the Lord our God, we will stand strong through adversity by his strength!

Let this generation see what his power can do through weak vessels like us. Even though we feel like

we can't go on anymore, the Lord will grant us the strength to keep pressing on, His presence is always

there to strengthen us in our weakest moments. The Lord says, My grace is sufficient for thee, my

strength is made perfect in your weakness. 

Even though there are voices telling us, All is over! There is no more hope to go on..this is the end...

you can't recover from the sickness you're facing... God will make you rise out of the ashes, make you

stand strong and never allow you to be defeated. He will clothe us with his strength and grant us

victory!

Strength and dignity are her clothing and she laughs at the time to come Proverbs 31:25

 

We won't be shaken by the trials we are about to face and fear them, we can smile at the storms

because we have a Great God and be at rest knowing that even the wind and the waves obey his

command.
