How to overcome Fear in our daily lives??

We all would have experienced fear at some point. Fear just paralyzes us to the point that

we can't even think or act wisely. All we can think about is the approaching problem and the

consequences we have to deal with. We start picturing a very scary, devastating

catastrophic event that could crush us. We start fearing the impact it could have on us,

Sometimes we may experience sleepless nights fearing something that could happen

to us. But know that "Fear is a Liar" and God is able to turn around any kind of evil that

could befall you and your family.

A lot of people fear their bosses, peers, adversaries surrounding them, difficult situations,

fear of sickness that they are going through, fear of death, and day-to-day challenges in

life, The list could go on and on.

The Psalmist says, Psalm 23:4 4Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will

fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my

life; of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1

The more and more we picture ourselves in a difficult situation, it starts manifesting in

our lives. And we keep pushing the self-destruction button over and over again. Satan will

try to scare us by surrounding us with negative situations. But remember he is just feeding on

our fear,

And he will create terrible situations around and give you a glimpse of hell so that you are

always gripped with fear concerning your future. You cannot operate in peace and some

kind of fear will always keep stabbing your heart.

No, No! we can't let this happen! God has not given us a Spirit of Fear, But of Power and

of love and a sound mind.

A lot of people have lost their lives because fear has driven them to take out their lives. A

lot of people have become victims of drug abuse to escape from the torment of fear, that's

going to further wreck their lives all the more!  But we can overcome fear through Jesus.

The Lord is holding your hand so you have nothing to fear. The enemy will keep you

bound in a state of darkness, vexed and broken by creating an adversary who will

constantly spew fire through grievous words and by bringing strife with people around you

But do not fear, as we have a wonderful God who protects us,

I the Lord do keep it: I will water it every moment: lest any hurt it, I will keep it night and

day Isaiah 27:3

Fear constantly torments us. Sometimes it sows disbelief whether the Lord will rescue us

out of the problem or forsake us in times of trouble. "What if I sink? What if the

waves drown me? We constantly picture terrible hypothetical situations and become

fearful, nervous and anxious. The wicked enemy who is the 'father of 'lies' will whisper

baseless false fears into our heads. The thought of "What if...What might happen??

would emotionally drain us and weaken us to a great extent. The enemy

always loves to watch us cringe in an awful amount of pain in our hearts.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment.

He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18

We can overcome fear by,

1) The Word of God

2) Consistently Praying Everyday

3) Lifting your hands and Praising God

4) Anointing of the Holy Spirit

5) The Whole Armour of God

6) Faith in God

7) Living a life pleasing to God

Sometimes we can't do anything to change the situation but we can change our focus

on God who is able to rescue us.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee, because he trusteth

in Thee. Isaiah 26:3

Say to those who are fearful-hearted,
“Be strong, do not fear!
Behold, your God will come with vengeance,
With the recompense of God;
He will come and save you." Isaiah 35:4

Sometimes God allows us to go through prolonged difficult situations because he wants us

to learn precious lessons from it. He wants us to experience a certain set of

circumstances so that we become mentally strong and stop becoming nervous and anxious.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with

thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and

your minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7

Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. he will never fail you nor forsake you. Do not doubt his

promises. But we need to constantly watch out that we remain strong in prayer.

When you wonder, why someone who loves you would suddenly torment you, prick you

and make you suffer, Just remember that in the unseen world,

12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,

against the rulers of [a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the

 heavenly places.  Ephesians 6:12

God has beautiful plans for each of us, But the enemy does not want you to operate in

the best way possible. He takes control of your thoughts and emotions and wrecks your mind by

sowing lies. He will make you dwell on your fear so that you remain bound in the shackles of fear.

He is after the beautiful life that God has kept in store for you.

The enemy recognizes our capacity more than we do and he comes to kill, steal and destroy

that in many forms.

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down

of strong holds; 2 Corinthians 10:3,4

We must not cringe in fear and give constant space for fear to torment us. The Lord is

fighting all our battles. We must totally place our trust in him and keep pressing on. We

must not get weary when the difficulties surrounding us multiply and intensify. But be

strong in the Lord. The Lord will grant you great victory in all your battles. He will not

allow us to be tested above our threshold of endurance.

A Mountain too high or a valley too deep, God's arm is not shortened that it cannot save!

“I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.

They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. Psalm 34:5

Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things. Joel 2:21

The Lord will rescue us from the grip of the terrible and from the fiery darts of the enemy.

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds,

because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.

Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking

anything. James 1:2-4

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be

dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

Be strong and courageous irrespective of what's going on in your life. Your courage

cannot be tied to external circumstances. Stop feeding your fears!

Shadrach, Meschach and Abednego displayed an enormous amount of courage when

they were about to be thrown into the fiery furnace which was made

7 times hotter than the usual, because of their unshakeable faith and trust in God they said,

17 If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us

from it, and he will deliver us[c] from Your Majesty’s hand. Daniel 3:17

The Lord will surely deliver you from the Spirit of Fear! He will fight all your battles

and grant you victory, Don't give up, Stay Strong in faith. Even when your faith is weak

and your strength's not enough. He is still standing by your side to rescue you and

protect you from all the attacks of the enemy.

And you will experience peace and indescribable joy as you seek him every day and

surrender all your worries and fears to the Lord.

....But the righteous are bold as a lion. Proverbs 28:1

BE BOLD and operate in BOLDNESS as a Child of GOD!!

Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen

thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10

May the Lord bless you and cause his face to shine upon you and grant you

his peace!

A Beautiful song written by

Jonathan Lindley Smith / Zachary Stephen Williams

When he told you you're not good enough
When he told you you're not right
When he told you you're not strong enough
To put up a good fight
When he told you you're not worthy
When he told you you're not loved
When he told you you're not beautiful
You'll never be enough
Fear, he is a liar
He will take your breath
Stop you in your steps
Fear, he is a liar
He will rob your rest
Steal your happiness
Cast your fear in the fire
'Cause fear, he is a liar
When he told you were troubled
You'll forever be alone
When he told you you should run away
You'll never find a home
When he told you you were dirty
And you should be ashamed
When he told you you could be the one
That grace could never change
Oh, fear, he is a liar
He will take your breath
Stop you in your steps
Fear, he is a liar
He will rob your rest
Steal your happiness
Cast your fear in the fire
'Cause fear, he is a liar
Let your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let your fire fall, your love is all I feel
Let your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let your fire fall, your love is all I feel
Let your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let your fire fall, your love is all I feel
Oh, let your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let your fire fall, your love is all I feel
Oh, fear, he is a liar
He will take your breath
Stop you in your steps
Fear, he is a liar
He will rob your rest
Steal your happiness
Cast your fear in the fire
'Cause fear, he is a liar
'Cause fear, he is a liar
